- ½ c. fresh pineapple chunks
- ¼ c. coconut milk
- ½ c. coconut cream
- ½ c. coconut rum
- Sliced fresh pineapple for garnish
- Fill blender halfway with ice.
- Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut cream, and rum.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with sliced fresh pineapple. Serves two.
